Very carefully. By knowing both languages. One line at a time...

I could come up with a few more but if you do not know Assembly or do not know VB then you might want to hire someone who does know both as there are something in Assembly that will not directly translate to vb because of the generation gap (assembly gen1 vb gen4 vb.net gen5 and is even further seperated from assembly).
