i Would like to know the code how can i download all files and folders (only if folders exist ) from this online directory (http://ravageautoupd...nload.ac/Files/) to my start path of Application.
I'm new to visual basic and i know some of basics but i wanted to make Auto Updater for my friend...
so i need this part of programing

Just one little problem: That is not FTP directory.

But you can use WebClient class to get that page's source code and parse it to find out the names of the files in that directory. First read about WebClient to download the source and then read about string parsing to get the files, that should get you through the task.

Lol, yeah i made my self wrong i wanted to say all files from that online folder... sorry for my english

so all files and folders from http://ravageautoupd...nload.ac/Files/ this site will be downloaded in my Application.StartupPath, get it ?

downloading the file is simple code like :

 
Dim site As String = "http://ravageautoupdate.download.ac"
Dim startpath As String = Application.StartupPath
My.Computer.Network.DownloadFile(site + "\files.txt", startpath + "\files.txt")

but what i want is the code that will automaticly detect files and folders in this ONLINE directory http://ravageautoupd...nload.ac/Files/ and then download all of them in the application start up path directory ...

Basically what i want is copytree from that Online folder to my computer...
