If you've never heard of it...you suck.
If you've never gone...I recommend you do now.
Oh...for those of you who want to see the most basic but greatest series of flash anims. EVER, go onto Newgrounds and do a search for Xiao Xiao
I've only been able to find 3 out of the 4.
The one's available on Newgrounds are Xiao Xaio No.2 (Sorta Street Fighter tweak...)
Xiao Xaio No.3 (BIG fight anim...it RULES)
Xiao Xaio No.4 (Interacting shooting game MUCH like Virtua Cop, click to fire, when you have 2 or less bullets, the spacebar key reloads, greatest Xiao Xiao when it comes to interactivity, No.3 get's best of show.)

Newgrounds definately has some amazing flash work, I don't know if any of it is  worth of a "best site ever" award, but there's some great stuff on it.  I don't know if you can even say that any site is the greatest ever, but there's probably a top 5.
