hello my names harley i relly would like to make a irc cleint and server so people can join my ircnetwork throgh it. and can you please make a tutorial to make a irc bot in vb.net 2008 or visual #c and make it custom

If you search CodePlex there are many IRC open source code projects. Select one which meets your need.

Yep. Google is your friend. If the code which you find looks too difficult for you, then choose something easier :P
