Writing word document with bullets

Hi,
I have two lists in one object, one list containing names and another contain description. I have to show this data with bullets. I am using interop.word. I have to show some part of the name in one style(say bold) some part another style(say italic).
ex:
(bullet)#defineSELF_TEST_PART_NUMBER
Description:

(bullet[b])#define SELF_TEST_MMM_CODE
Description

Any help greatly useful.....
