I heard that Google can now crawl Flash content as well but still html is good for SEO, Why?

Google first announced it their robots could crawl flash content back in the middle of 2008.

Other than that I am afraid I am not a SEO expert, however I have found this page very helpful. This would have been much better placed in the SEO & Advertising forum.
