VB6 is not free (even that is not supported anymore). you can hardly find it some where to buy it. you can try e-bay or amazon.

Does it have to be VB6 for any special reason? Are you just wanting to learn programming? If so, I would suggest learning vb.NET you can download the free express version from Microsoft here

Visual Basic 6 cannot legally be downloaded from anywhere, and no one here is going to give you a link to some pirated copy. Topic closed (and moved to VB6)
