Right now the only somewhat solid plan I have for the idea is the initials JWS. I wanted to do something a bit classy, but yet simple and easily recognizable.
1 idea has was the below crude outline:

I can't seem to find a visually appealing manner to incorporate the S into the design though...
If anyone has some different ideas, wants to put another spin on it, and in anyway wants to give it a shot, I'd definitely appreciate it!

How about skimming through here - does anything catch your eye?
Currently the business focus is on web design, but wouldn't mind something more open-ended for later expansion into other niches.
Thanks for the list! I love a lot of them, but think the one that most resembles my initial idea is the Axentum or Kathryn Anne Jackson style. I also am partial to the Ryan Ford one. If I can't come up with a logo that flows well together in characters or negative space, I wouldn't mind a circle with interior lettering that stands out. On the Ryan Ford specifically I love how it has that worn and aged look to it.
If it helps, something with a gentlemanly tinge to it might be worth a try, like wax with the lettering stamped in?

If anyone has extra time, would you kindly make a Signature picture for me?
Does anyone here know what patapon is? IF not, here's a link to wikipedia article about them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patapon
I think it would be really awesome if someone could make me a signature picture using the same colors as the picture shown on the article, with the patapon holding the sword, in the same postion, and somewhere on that my username: Cheribasa.
So, to recap: Patapon Signature Picture.
Same Colors as the Picture of the patapon game on the Article (Light orange)
The Ptapon holding sword upwards just like he's doing in the background of the picture on the article
Somewhere in the photo my username: Cheribasa. It would be cool if the name contrasted with the orange color.
