but surprisingly, I did not know yet that we get DIC++ membership for 500 kudos
when can I get it?
are there further requirements?

Good luck, I asked for the email address I was supposed to get with my paid membership back in April and again in May. And, made this post back then too. Both the PMs are still marked as unread.
