So I was chilling up stairs with a few coworkers, and one of the tech guys came over to us and asked us about our workout routines. Since we were pretty much all military, ex-military, or aspiring military, we got into a pretty intense conversation. I was all excited like "awwww a boy wants to talk to me! XD" (jk he's married) and was excited that we were talking about something that interested me. But it turns out that it was just a sales pitch for that Shakeology crap.

Seriously? $120 for milkshake mix?! XD Almost as much of a rip off as those p90x dvds! I make my own shakes and add my own protein, bitches. A lot of people told me good things about these methods, but still I cannot shake the whole several hundred dollars to get fit thing. Does anybody else feel that all this crap is a scam? Also, why does it cost so much more to get in shape and eat healthy than it does to eat disgustingly fat foods?! And the gov't complains about the obesity rates, yet they don't regulate this stuff? And more importantly, WHY DO PEOPLE ONLY TALK TO ME WHEN THEY WANT TO SELL ME SOMETHING?!?!?! I'm poor, bitches, I can't afford that!
