How to create a spry drop down menu for image

Good Day,

I purchased a template and using Dreamweaver CS4 to edit the template. However, my template has no navigation code. I need help on how to create a drop down menu for image tag that's already apart of the website. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

The image tag displays an image, while a select tag presents drop down options.

I have no clue how or why one would want or be able to mix these.

If all you want to do is have the user click the image and have a drop down go into effect then add your spry drop down html code then place the image inside of the bar or set as background. Then go to the spry css code and change the size of your menu to fit the image.
