There is no such thing. The benefits of paying $5-10 month for a good service outweigh anything else.

The only free web hosting that I know of involves having your own web server.

Because I'm already paying for my internet so there's no extra charge to add another computer to the network so that rules out the paying the ISP, I keep my server going 24/7 and I haven't noticed any change in my electric build. Yes some time might be invested in the setup and monitoring but all computers are that way. I haven't had a chance to buy a backup yet but most people buy them anyways when they get a computer so that's just a norm for any computer.
