There are a lot of members of this site that have college diplomas and university degrees, some may have doctorates. You don't need to have written the programming language to be an expert or knowledgeable in its application and usage. This is expert knowledge can be gained by years on of hands on day to day use of the language.
You want more in depth information on a specific area on programming there are plenty of resources on line, (Maybe you have look deep enough, for example http://lambda-the-ultimate.org/)
For example a lot of universities have free on-line courses and some professors have some form of on-line presence, but be aware that their main priorities are not directed towards you.

Thats the thing I don't want it online. I want a offline

Take screenshots of DIC tutorials, save the webpages offline, copy the text, etc. Even though they aren't formal eBooks doesn't mean you can't save them offline for reference.

im reading the Apress book by Mac Donald Beginning C# - quite a good book very helpful.
