For a second attempt that is a very nice website! Good job!
Firstly, I like that you kept the layout simple and with enough whitespace to keep everything from looking too cluttlered. If I were you, I would try and keep the text consistent on every page. Instead of centering some pages and left justifying others, try and keep it all left justified. I think it's mainly just the "Training" section.
I'm on a 1024x768 res monitor, I would suggest trying to get rid of the horizontal scroll bar. Otherwise it's a hassle to have to adjust that when reading the site. With this, I would reconsider the side bar ("Tree Surgeons text") and possibly remove it. By removing it, I think it will balance out the website and make it a little less packed in horizontally.
The background image isn't too demanding, which keeps text easier to read. Good job.
The location page is kind of fun.
You spelled "Customer" "Cusomer" on the side bar. (I should be last to talk, I mis-spell all the time...)
I'll leave it at that for the time being. Keep up the good work and welcome to DIC!

Nick is pretty much spot on, for a 2nd layout it isn't bad at all.
The interweb has finally moved onto 1024x768, so I wouldn't concern yourself with making it look good in 800x600 but it shouldn't side scroll in 1024x768.
Maybe look into using another font for the general text, something less 'default' looking...
I'm not sure if the 'Tree Surgeons' the the left looks great, I agree with Nick, maybe look into removing it.
Overall though like I said it's not bad, the use of white space is good, the overall layout of things is nice, good work.

somethings screwy in my browser
(runnin firefox)
the telephone numbers and stuff in the top right,
is too low, on about a quarter of your mobile number is on there.
also, guaranteed in the lower left is on top of somee other text, not in the right position im guessing.
how much did you design if it says designed by webmaster magic at the bot right? jw what i should critique on.

i agree with all of the above....
and i want to add that the colors hurt my eyes the difference and contrast are too strong..
if you can tone the colors down a bit (like from FF0000 to DD2222)
and white on blue is ok
red on black is not (not enough contrast)
and red on blue is acceptable because of the hardly noticed black 'outline' around the red
just my thoughts..

The site says designed by webmaster magic because I do magic as a hobby and thought that I would incorporate this in the site. I guessthat you shouldn't use 'Webmaster' when you are really only learning !!!!
I am going to try and get into the coding more, at the moment I just 'drag and drop' from various packages so from your responses I am prepared to work the old brain cells harder.
Thanks again

umm have you tried forcing your links to stay the same colour? because when they start they are red and after you click on them they turn blue.
