Creating a Chat in Flash

I Want to know if any1 has got any free source code for flash for creating not a simple chat.

A CHAT that can

*Kick Users
*Have Avatars or Icons
*Admin Options

Or any source to create a 3d chat room like www.habbohotel.com in flash or Director

I dont want pipeys chat seen it done that

Would love the code for www.rocketsnails chat but have no money any 1 help me please...

Me and "kkurkowski" have gotten a chance to try it out but it takes forever to load after you type something but that's as close as your gonna get for awhile or so unless your the brains of PHP
