Upgrading VB6 proyect to VB2010

Hello!! I want to know if it's possible to upgrade an existing VB6 proyect to be edited under VB2010.

Well one is a .Net language and one is not. I'm pretty sure there's an upgrade wizard in Visual Studio but when going from VB6 to VB.NET you may just be better off rewriting the application from scratch as the conversion wizard does tend to cause all kind of issues when converting the code to .NET.
