I wanna write PCA code with c#. Please help me, How should I start? Which library should I use? Do you have any learning file or link about this subject? Please help me.

Having no idea whatsoever about your skill set... Start by learning to write simple programs.

I'll say this as nicely as I can. If you have to ask the most basic of questions like "how should I start" about topics as intricate and complicated as facial recognition, you don't have the appropriate knowledge or skill to do the project.

This isn't like adding two numbers or comparing strings. This is something that educated experts can spend huge amounts of time working on. This is the kind of thing that big companies like Cannon and Nikon have people working on. You're not going to just find someone to give you a quick tutorial and then go write your own apps.

Maybe you should start by writing a piece of software that recognizes a type of primitive shape drawn such as a triangle, circle, square, etc. Once you can do that, try to make it identify a thumb print of yours.

If you get that far, I'll be impressed.
