data, information, fragment & replicate

Posted 16 August 2010 - 06:11 AM

:helpsmilie: Sorry to bother anyone again but i looked several times and nothing helps in lecture notes or googling <_<

These are two seperate questions kk

Nice short answers might be helpful since i gotta remember the info as well and i don't do well with long complicated answers.

Question 1 (i)

Explain the difference between data and information (2 marks)

Question 1 (x)

In relation to distributed databases, explain the terms Fragment and Replicate
(4 marks)

I feel so :stupid: about this but my lecturer don't explain things clearly and well notes are much more of a disaster than explaining.
I hope ya can help me fast since my exam is 2moro. Yeah Yeah i know, last minute but well i searched all over and i am a slow learner so it takes me twice as long as anyone else.

I got most things got already and doing up some clean up on questions.

Please and Thank you ya all
