Is there any Python library to develop GUI softwares?
I've been looking forward to program more softwares using this language, but I want a Graphic User Interface to interact with, unlike the console APIs.

There are tons. tkinter, wxpython, and pyqt just for starters

Agreement on all three by SpeedisaVirus. These are well known libraries.
In the event that you are doing this for game development, PyGame and Python-Ogre might be of interest.
