visual studio.

Hi guys..
I've just installed Microsoft visual studio 2010 on my computer.
Hmm... I even don't know how should I start a project with it?
or how should I build my code? and etc...
I've always written programs with Turbo C++... every thing in Visual studio seems very confusing
to me....
guys plzZZz plzZz help me.

Start with this tutorial. It should be close enough to 2010 to be useful.
Also, MSDN's Visual Studio Page has a lot of resources as well.

It was made before C++ was standardized or something, it gives errors for things that shouldn't be errors, it doesn't work right
