Does anyone know if theres an xml form for the Active Content page or any other way to get all the most recent topics instead of picking just from each specific forum? Without having to work around all the invalid characters causing problems on the homepage?

I don't think that there is a way to do that quite yet. What I would do is look in all the forums for the most recently replied in topics (look at the date) and put them in order. However, there can't be a recent posts API until there is a login API because you'll notice that if you aren't logged in, there is no recent posts page.

Uhh which recent posts page are you looking at? Because I just checked before logging in the two I'm looking at where still there.
But anyway, that was my plan if not. Just thought I'd check first.

Little green circle is "very" descriptive but not very helpful.
This is a situation where an annotated screen-shot would help.

Ohhh that. Well you can still get the same thing here even when your not logged in. You just have to go down to the bottom of the main forums page to get it. Then you have the recent posts box on the homepage. So there wouldn't really have to be a login API for it.
