Designing backrounds and icons for mobile device

Hi guys im goin to be making a backround for my mobile device(using photoshop). Heres the specs for my screen,(height 11,75cm width 15 cm). I was just wondering what would be a some good settings to use in photoshop?(pixel sizes)
