How Do I Get Macro Code To Always Appear In MS Word VB Editor

Posted 11 September 2010 - 09:27 PM

My hard drive decided to stop working. After reinstalling Office, I need to know how to make the code from the macros installed in MS Word appear in the code window when I click on Visual Basic Editor from the Word tools menu. Thank you in advance for your replies.

Do you mean you lost all your projects and templates that contained macros?
Which Macros are you talking about(the one you wrote)?

If you have lost your files and templates.. then I do not think you can get them back.. if all your code was under Normal Template>Modules>New Macro then because this template has been reinsatlled you lost all your new macros..

You can only get the code back for all files that had your macros stored within them and didn't use any template macros
