Windows Phone 7 Developer Tools Are Final

The Windows Phone 7 Developer tools are now final. They have included the Panorama and Pivot controls. They have also released the Windows Phone 7 Toolkit, similar to the toolkit that is out for Silverlight development on the desktop.

It comes with an emulator...though still not as good as an actual phone. Wish MS would make developer phones available before launch.
