Check App version on remote server using WMI

Hi,

I wish to check the version of an application on remote server using WMI. I tried it without using WMI but then it can only fetch the information locally from my machine and that doesn't solve my purpose.

After the version info is fetched I wish to export in into SQL Server database but that part I can handle. Require assistance regarding the WMI part.

Any help/response would be greatly appreciated!

You should start with this:
How To: Connect to a Remote Computer

That is, if the remote PC is running Windows and allows remote connections.
