Yeah, it does look a lot like it. I mean its good and simple but there's not a whole lot of spice going on.
I'm not too sure if I dig the logo, it looks a little 'soft'
The overall layout is solid, but I think you can do more with it.

Not to be too negative the colors and the logo look like they should go to a nurserysupply or day care. Very kid friendly.
Not saying the design is juvinile, My first impression was all those expectant mother sites my wife hounds me to read.
