Okay, when you submit tutorials or code snippets you are entered into a record in a database somewhere, at the end of each month the webmaster, or someone with access to the database runs a script to randomly choose one of the rows in the database, that person wins the jump drive.
Fairly simple, but I see how it could be confusing.
