# How to convert number to words

Good day to all. .

I am using Visual Studio 2008 professional edition . i really do not know of what will be the codes that i am going to input. . by the way this is the scenario:

on Textbox is a number then label should be the in words of the number from the textbox. .
for example : (textbox) 1500.05 = (Label) One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos and Five Centavos.

pls help . .. pls pls pls

Hi nelsonaurell,

there is no .Net-Function for this. The simple logic behind this is, that you have to split the number in to the "decimal parts" like thousands and hundreds etc. and define the words for each value.
