In order for other people to use your website you need to host it on a web server.
It's pretty simple to install a "web server" on your development machine to allow other people on your network to access your project...

All you have to do is install IIS and I'm pretty sure that you can use Visual Studio to publish the web-application to this web server. If not, then we can step you through how to set up a website for your web application on your computer.

Once you have installed IIS, and published your web application to the web-server (and you have made sure that the Windows Firewall is configured to allow people to connect to your web server) other people on your local network can access the web application using your computer name or using your IP address like so: http://yourComputerN...on/default.aspx
