In my software engineering class at RIT, I have been assigned to interview a professional to see what I am getting myself into and the realities of software development. If anyone is willing to answer ~10 questions it would be greatly appreciated. Preferably a professional in a software engineering/managerial position.
Please respond to this thread if you would be interested.

Ok, thank you for responding modi123_1.
How many years of experience in software development have you had?
What are a few interesting technologies you have used in on projects.
What size teams have you been on?
What programming languages are you fluent in?
What kind of projects do you normally work on, is it widely varied or is there a type of system you are very good with?
How does the size of the team influence the ease of management?
What is the day to day life like for you as a senior developer?
What skills are the most beneficial both for development and managing?
How do you deal with programmers who don't know what they're doing?
Is your employer or past employers forgiving towards incompetent developers or are those developers taken care of quickly?
What drew you to software development over other careers?
What did it take to get into that senior developer position?
Finally, what is your name and email?
Thank you very much for your time. I will greatly appreciate your responses.
