There are a few ways that I know of. For one, if it's a youtube video, they'll usually give you a link at the end that will allow you to embed it.

If it's not a youtube video, and rather a file on your local server, then I know of two options. First is to find an installable player (a bit of googling should help) that will let you play the videos in a webpage. Second, although this doesn't work in all browers, you could use the HTML5 video tag (http://flowplayer.org/index.html).

Easiest way is to us the embed tag: <embed src="video.path" />
