My First Website

Posted 14 November 2010 - 02:32 PM

Hi All,

I am currently doing a college course on Visual Basic and computer pragramming. I am also creating my own applications so I can keep up with what I am learning. Now I want to design and publish my own website so I can upload my applications and share with everyone.

I have downloaded Visual web Developer 2010 express, has anyone got any links to some good sites so I can learn how.

Thanks very much

John

W3Schools is always a brilliant place to learn how.

Also, I'd say that if you want to learn HTML & CSS Better, You should use Notepad or Notepad++ rather than Visual Studio.

There is also tizag.com and sites like Dream In Code (which provides a ton of web dev tutorials in the tutorial section along with help when you get stuck).
