Use dot instead of comma for decimal in french

I am using crystal reports in VS 2008 programming in C#. The application is done in English using french resources. When the decimal is display through a formula the number comes with a comma separator ','. I want to change it to a dot separator '.'. I understand in France they comma for decimal but this is in French-Canadian and we have used dot for decimal separation in other places in the application so we want to be consistent. Is there any solution for this in crystal reports.
