How to create permanent VPN Server.?
Please Explain Step By Step procedure for SERVER Configuration and for CLIENT Configuration,
I have 1 mbps INTERNET CONNECTION and STATIC IP address from Internet Service Provider.

What is the best way to transfer files from client to server.?
