Do you means Windows Phone 7 or Windows Mobile? Either way, you can try using IsolatedStorage for saving data.

Windows mobile application development with C#
I create a text file(data.txt) and place it in solution, inside my application need to write and read something from that data.txt file ,please help me ,thankzz
