Yes buddy you can.... Download netbeans and learn JSP. Thats all what you need. In netbeans you can do a drag and drop. So easy.

Actually, most (if not all) of the Mentors, Experts, and Moderators here agree that using GUI generators like Netbeans's DnD interface creates unusable, unmaintainable code. SO DON'T DO IT!
