Ok so i am trying to make a "runescape private server" and i try to open the file that opens the server/game up and it says javac is not reconized as and internal or external command,operable program or batch file and i really am stuck so i would love it if you guys could help me.Please,i've been trying to figure it out for 5 hours!!!thanks.

You don't have java compiler path set correctly. Read here:

First make sure you even need a compiler to do what you want. You might just need the JRE

ok so i've been to the website and i already have jdk. so should i redgister or should i just finish?Also the website you told me to get to didnt really have much for me to work with so i am really confused.please help.thanks in the future.

I'm not sure hosting a private Runescape server is legal.

returns lots of sites... if it is not legal he won't be the first to cheat

Actually, on very technical terms it is against the Terms of Jagex and thus violates Copyright laws:
