I have question that I want same one to explain
Software Engineering Environments (SEEs) are complex systems. In most cases they consist of multiple cooperating tools that are used to develop systems. To make these environments more flexible and their development somewhat easier, there is a growing interest in object-Oriented techniques to address the needs of complex application domains such as Software Engineering tools and environments. Provide a detailed evaluation of how object oriented techniques support software engineering. Write about the problems with Software Engineering and how OOP solves those problems.
and i hope sameone will at lest will explain me.

Your schoolwork. Your homework. Your place to research this. Please don't ask the volunteers here to write your paper for you.

What parts are do you need help in? What OOP is? "Problems" in software engineering? I am unclear on what the question is, and how we can help.

There are entire books dedicated to this subject. It is neither small nor simple. Hardly something that can be handled in a thread. Go down to the bookstore. There is no way someone here is going to summarize several 400+ page textbooks here in a thread.
