i felt that game programmers are the best with fonts. which font is this pls.
i only have these letters.

What The Font is usually your friend here.
I get a couple of close matches but not the exact answer. Best I can do.

found about 3 close matches. they are not free.

stick their names into google and see if there are any similar free ones? Then look those up on 1001fonts, dafont, etc?
Other than that, I'm out.

But that image you've provided has had a bit of Photoshopping done to it I'd say. Look at the clean edge on the left-hand side of the 'A' - looks like it's been cropped by a white edge, possibly from the '6' being cut and pasted next to it.

mine was a sample of a nigerian license plate. this is an exact fit and free at that!
