Is it possible to do this in c++ windows form application?

Is it possible to have a browse button in C++ windows form application that will browse a file(eg. a excel file or a text file) and once u press search, the data inside the file will auto select from the few combo box that i had created?

no there is no such button in windows forms.
but you can code for all you have described in C++ using the Windows API.
