hardware interaction

hi, can anybody help me to use c or c++ to interact with computer hardware in real time..like coding to alter how my keyboard works..

im using windows 7,i want to program, to place mouse at particular coordinates given as input.

Can you give an example more like a spec? (Requirements, inputs, outputs, etc.)

if your using windows then SetCursorPos will work. here take a look. also moving the mouse is a software thing not hardware, your mouse has some driver that the OS uses to figure out where the mouse has moved to, your OS then controls where the mouse is based off of the driver.
