I have just stuggled through ASP.NET(C#) and am now trying to learn ADO.NET(C#). Both are "self-paced" classes with out any classroom time through a community college.
We use the Murach (I'm not a fan) series of books. Our assignments are to read the chapters and work throught the exercises.

Sometimes I need a better or different explanation or example. A
re there any video tutorials available?
I just need someone to do a little 'splainin' to me.

You could check out our Tutorials and Snippets sections. Other than that, if you have a question about code that you see in the book, go over to the ASP.Net forum and post it. Ask a few questions about what you don't understand and the members here should be able to explain what is going on.
