This is a question to all of you my friends.
If i will use the waterfall model in software development, how long it could take in developing software? Shall it take 12 months?
If i will use the agile model in software development, how long it could take in developing software? Shall it take 3 to 6 months?
Can you share me your experiences? Thanks a lot..

Depends on the scope of the project, and the resources allocated to the team. Can you be more specific on the parameters of the project?
