I Guess I Should Introduce Myself

Posted 31 December 2010 - 10:26 PM

I guess I shouldn't be the exception. I'll post a little bit about myself.

My legal name is Andrew Gould. I go by Lazer a lot. Feel free to call me basically anything you want, I really don't mind.

I am 13 years of age and currently in 8th grade, but don't let my age fool you. I'm not offended by cuss words, yet I try to refrain from using them as I think they make most people look pretty stupid. I live in the USA and my favorite subject is Physics, although I don't take that course until high school. I hope to become very active in this community and give back to it as I have been lurking these boards for quite a while.

Thank you,
Andrew Gould

Greetings Kitty, you are at a fine age I believe with a great capability to learn. I wonder which programming languages you know and at what level? Do you get programming lessons at school?

No lessons at school.

I know:
HTML
CSS
Javascript
XML
VB.NET
C++ (Beginner)

The rest I'm pretty experienced at.

If you are good at VB.net then I'd recommend C# hence it is clearly the C++ for new era of computers. You know many essentials for web programming and if you focus, on application programming.
