First off, I reccommend http://x10hosting.com/ http://000webhost.com/ http://zymic.com/ <-- in that order for web hosting. All three provide free hosting, X10hosting provides things like perl/python for free too (disabled currently however, due to abuse) - overall they're all good, but I strongly recommend http://www.x10hosting.com/ for web hosting - 000webhost tended to freeze using WordPress.

Secondly, I like your theme so far - it needs a bit of work making the edges less... oh I don't know... Sharp? Try rounding off corners a bit. (just my opinion)

If you'd like, you can check out my WordPress blog at http://furryhead.co.cc/ - it happens to have similar colors as yours (what a coincidence!) I use the 'Diana' blog theme from WordPress.

Third off, http://co.cc/ is very good for free domains. I use it for mine, it works just like a .com (given that you use nameservers just like a .com)

^ Thanks for your reply.Earlier I had used x10 hosting but not with co.cc,and it took ages to load.But now I am thinking to design a wp theme and then get a domain.

its a good decision to movie towards own hosting/domain ... i suggest you to got for HostGator .. even i use it... i moved to wordpress from blogger few months ago...
