I'm not really going to give you scores out of X, because I'm not much good at that.

Nav buttons: they're ok. The ones at the top? They're fine, if uninspired.
Banner/header: It's an empty box. It's ok, there's no logo or anything, so I'm not sure what you're going to put there apart from the navigation buttons. If there's not going to be anything, just have the nav on its own.
Colour scheme: Not keen. Looks a bit like Office XP. I don't know what Legendary Godz is about, but it's not a legendary colour scheme :)

Organisation: Seems ok.
Text layout: Comments on the left need some padding.

Language: Seems ok, haven't read everything.
Feasibility: Not sure I know what you're asking here.

Other:
Blinking text? Seriously? Kill it with fire.
Every now and then it flashes up "loading data" in the top left. I assume this is for the comments to be a live feed, but it's just distracting.
"Designed for Google Chrome"? Kill this with whatever fire is left over from the blinking text. We've learned that lesson from the 90s when sites came with "best viewed with Netscape Navigator 3 in 800x600 resolution!" Seriously, your site should work in any browser and nobody cares which is your favourite.

HTH.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, greatly appreciated. The "Loading" blinking text is when Ajax is calling out, it keeps the users messages, friend requests up-to-date, and checks to see if the logged in user has any private chat requests; I'll remove it from letting the user know when it's updating.

As for the padding on the comments on the left, I'll add that when I update the Ajax calls being shown. I don't know what you mean about my top nav. buttons "They're OK if uninspired," so there's not a great deal to be done about it.

The theme is all done through jQuery ui theme set.

Again, thank you for your feedback, it's greatly appreciated. And just so you know, my website is for my clan on XboxLIVE, we're all great friends and thought it would be good to get our name out there, and what better way?

Thanks again
