Hi i am running a dev apache server on using windows, all of the sudden i am getting this error when i run my php script.

I have installed xammpp on windows 7, apache running on port 80 and mysql running on port 3306.Prior I had disabled IIS(Internet information services) as not to collide with apache server and also disalbed a firewall. I have also tried to do this using windows XP service pack 2 on my virtual machine but still not working. I get the following error:

Apache HTTP Server
Apache HTTP Server has encountered a problem
and needs to be closed. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please tell microsoft about this problem.

Without seeing any PHP code, I'm assuming this is an Apache. Please check the Apache error logs, & post them if possible.
