actually i m working on hospital management project in java and i want to know hw to design the front end of the project and its related coding

You'll want to look into and learn Swing

If you have a multi user environment, it can a good idea to create a web based interface. For example look at Google Web Toolkit (GWT): http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/
