How can I make a simple file writer or file creator in php wherein the file will be saved in the server?

Lots of ways. You're going to have to be more specific than that.

Also, I wouldn't expect any code replies if you don't provide code showing what you've done already. If you just ask questions like that, all you're likely to get are links to stuff to help you get started (from those of us nice enough to offer even that much).
