framless popup window in javascript

a year ago i found a framless popup javascript api (lab)
i can't find it now
anybody now about one
(been lookinf for a while and all i got is the codelifter one and it dosn't work)
i know it's there caz i found and used it in my old job(stell on my old comp at my old job , DAM my short sigth)

Thats the codelifter one he says doesnt work. ;)

Could you explain more specifically what type of popup this is? Is it actually a seperate window, or just a popup, or maybe a moving div layer?

It's not frameless....it had a close and maximize..hmmm..
is their other frameless that could we had???

The CodeLifter example indicates that it only works in Internet Explorer so you shouldn’t expect it work in other browsers. I tested it in Internet Explorer 6 and it does indeed work though I’m guessing only with a full‐screen mode. Internet Explorer 7 has probably disabled this functionality to alleviate security concerns; that’s the reason why the address bar can no longer be hidden anyway.

Personally, I see the removal of such functionality to be a good thing. Giving the Web author power over basic browser controls, such as the ability to remove the window’s close button, is too much power.
